Labour Law Manager
The role
Oatly is looking for a Labour Law Manager that will support and strengthen the Oatly HR Operations team. The person will provide advice, guidance and coaching to HR colleagues and managers on the application and interpretation of employment legislation and company policies. You will work in a dynamic HR team and be based at the HQ in Malmö. The position reports to HR Operation Manager.
Main responsibilities as Labour Law Manager
· Second line support in labour law, incl employment agreements, NDAs and CBA´s, to HR Ops team, P&BP and leaders
· HR policy implementation and communication for Sweden/EMEA
· Global compliance in cooperation with corporate legal team
· EMEA new markets set-up
Profile:
Besides being effective, result oriented, service minded and positive, we believe you are a strong communicator with the ability to listen. You have high level of accuracy and confidentiality and work well under pressure. It is also important to be able to build trustworthy relationships with the stakeholders and work effectively with others to co-create and implement ideas.
Other key competencies and experience:
· University degree in Law
· Minimum of 5 years relevant experience from a similar position
· Experience from working in an international environment
· You have good knowledge from driving change and continuous improvement
· Knowledge and experience of Swedish/Nordics/EMEA labour law
· Knowledge and experience managing HR policies and general compliance
· Knowledge of Swedish Employment Legislation and Collective agreements
