HR Employee Relations & Labour Law Specialist

The role

Oatly is looking for an HR Employee Relations & Labour Law Specialist that will support and strengthen Oatly’s HR Operations team. The person will provide advice, guidance and coaching to staff and managers on the application and interpretation of employment legislation and company policies. You will also co-operate with the union and be involved in negotiations. You will work in a dynamic HR team and be based at the HQ in Malmö. The position reports to HR Operation Manager.

Your responsibilities as the Employee Relations and Labour Law Specialist

·      First line support on Swedish but also Nordic and EMEA labour law to leaders and other HR colleagues

·      Participate and drive negotiations and MBL:s

·      Interpretations of central CBAs and negotiating and upholding local CBAs.

·      Union Co-operation/relations (samverkan)

·      HR document handling/updating in our documentation system Bizzmine

·      Global working conditions and compliance, quality assurance and development in line with UN Health goals

·      Support international recruitment with compliance and legal matters

·      Disciplinary cases

·      Set up in new markets; CBA, labour law and work environment regulations, pension, payroll

·      Participate in Sustainability report project data on compliance issues

·      Internal control

Profile:

You have an academic degree in HR or Law and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience from a similar position. You have experience from working in an international environment. You have good knowledge from driving change and continuous improvement.
