Employee Experience Specialist EMEA
The role
Oatly is looking for an Employee Experience Specialist EMEA that will support and strengthen Oatly’s HR department. With focus on wellbeing and onboarding, this role will be of utmost importance for the organization. You will work in a dynamic HR team and be based at the HQ in Malmö. The position reports to HR Operation Manager.
Your responsibilities as the Employee Experience Specialist EMEA
· Support managers and employees in rehab processes
· Contact with FHV/Company health care
· Participate/drive AMK and safety inspection
· Update work environment delegations
· Statistics and reports on sick leave
· Health examinations
· Annual health contributions
· Vaccinations
· Gym cards and other proactive health submissions
· Administration of trainings in work environment
· Work close with our SHEQ team
· Ergonomy
Profile:
You have an academic degree in HR or behavioral science, with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience from a similar position. You have experience from working with rehab, onboarding, offboarding, wellness and health. You have good knowledge from driving change and continuous improvement.
