Global Pricing Manager

At ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, Pricing is a strategic focus area with great opportunities and an exciting journey ahead. We are now ramping up and building our capabilities and for that reason we’re expanding the team in Pricing with a Pricing Manager for the Business Area Industrial Door Solutions (IDS), with global responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

This is a newly established role that will work with the development of Price Management in IDS. The role responsibilities will work with strategic pricing and drive the development of pricing competence, methods and tools towards world-class in the business area, i.e commercial pricing in all dimensions (Product, Market, Customer and Deal pricing) and across all Product groups (New Equipment and Service). The role will work in close collaboration with line-of-business to drive projects, developing best practice tools and procedures, and implementing pricing initiatives to the business.

Major stakeholders and speaking partners within the business area are Product Managers, Business System Specialists, Commercial & Service Directors and local Sales & Service Managers.

We prefer you to be based at our headquarters in Landskrona, but other locations may be considered. As our ambitions are global, business travel is a natural part of an international position like this.

You will report to Director of Business Control for the Business Area and work in close cooperation with the Pricing Director, Entrance Systems Division. You will be part of a growing community of pricing professionals in the Entrance Systems Division, as well as in the ASSA ABLOY Group.

To succeed in this role

To succeed in the role, we believe you have a relevant University degree and at least 5 years’ work experience within pricing area. We believe that you have been involved in commercial pricing in a leading, international manufacturing company or you have acquired knowledge of best practice B2B pricing from other experiences.

You have a structured way of working and use different IT tools to support your work. As we are talking about development and changes of the current structures and ways of working, the ideal candidate has good project management skills and also excellent collaboration and communications skills.

Since English is our corporate language, we expect you to have a high professional knowledge and be able to speak, read and write freely when interacting with your international colleagues.

You have advanced analytical skills and enjoy working in a fast-changing and growing company, where no day is like the day before.

You will be based in Landskrona, Sweden, at the Head Office of ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, just about five minutes’ walk from the train station. About 300 people from different functions and organizations within ASSA ABLOY are based here, making the office vibrant and friendly.
