Main responsibilities:
The role:
You will be involved in developing HR at Oatly Operations both in Landskrona and on a global level. The position also includes working in cross functional HR-related projects within for example sustainability and internal communication. It´s a great opportunity for personal development and a challenge to participate on a fantastic globalization journey for Oatly. The position reports to HR Manager for Oatly Operations, the role is placed in Landskrona.
Profile:
The ideal candidate has a strong drive, engagement and thinks continuous improvement. You have a high professionalism and integrity and a good sense of structure and quality. It´s important to have the capability to change perspective from operational to strategic. Preferably, you have experience in developing and implementing HR processes in an entrepreneurial environment. Also, you are fun to be around and have a positive mindset, to match the rest of the team.
You have a degree in HR, and at least 5 years of relevant experience. It´s an advantage if you have a background from a producing global company and also if you have experience from working in an HR Business Partner position. To communicate fluently in English and Swedish is imperative.
