Your responsibility

Your main focus as Product Manager is to lead the business development of the product area Connected Services within the Pedestrian Door Solution business area. 

Responsibilities and challenges:

• Business development and implement strategies for the product area Connected Services
• Responsibility for the whole life cycle including continuous analysis of the product performance
• Know the customer, the market, and the competitors. Responsible for market research, voice-of-the-customer surveys, competitor analysis and analyze technology trends
• Project and product management including planning, cost estimation/follow up and timely execution of the product area.
• Transform customer needs and ways of working to service products that are different or better than our competitors in order to create greater value for our customers
• Ensure that local divisions have the necessary support to commercialize the service products
• Integration and close cooperation with different functions within the company such as Service Sales, Equipment Sales, Product development and Supply Chain
• Lead, challenge, motivate and support the project team
• Maintain a high level of quality of the products/services that are competitive in the global market

 This is an international position which makes travelling a natural part of your work. You will report directly to the Service Director for Pedestrian Door Solutions. This position is located in Landskrona, Sweden.

Background and personal qualities

As a person you have strong drive for results and the determination to deliver according to plan.

You have excellent communication skills where you can be very clear in what you want but also able to interact on different levels of the organization. Furthermore, you have a good balance between strategic, long-term thinking and short-term operational actions. You are an ambitious doer who gets things done and sets high targets for yourself and others.

Further we need you to have:

• A relevant university degree or equivalent
• Experience of leading qualified projects in an international environment
• Experience from connected services
• Experience from similar industry is an advantage
• Fluent in both verbal and written English
