Your responsibility 

As Service Product Manager at Pedestrian Door Solutions you will be responsible for and manage different service development projects. The work includes such tasks as launching and implementing Service initiatives as well as training and supporting the sales organization cross borders. You will work with various projects ensuring that Service solutions continue to create value for business and remain a profitable area.  

You will find your main stakeholders spread across the organization and the globe in functions like Sales, Service and Product Development. Some travel is therefore expected.  

You will be based in Landskrona, Sweden, at the Head Office of ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems, about five minutes’ walk from the train station, and report to the Service Director, Pedestrian Door Solutions. About 300 people from different functions and organizations within ASSA ABLOY are based here, making the office vibrant and friendly.  

About you 

We think you have a University degree in business administration or engineering, with around 7-10 years of experience, preferably within product and project management. We also think you have experience from an international environment.  

You have a strong and easy-going personality with initiative, commitment, natural engagement and drive. You have a good strategic thinking but are yet a doer. Further you need to be a decisive self-starter with a natural flare for networking and building relationships. 

You get inspiration from working in a fast pace, changing environment and you have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. As English is our corporate language, you will need to be proficient in both writing and speaking.  

Yet all above, we believe that finding the right person isn’t always necessarily about what’s clearly visible in a CV, but rather what abilities and capabilities you have.
