ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems is looking for a person to develop and implement marketing strategies in order to drive sales initiatives and position the offering in the different markets. Among key customer segments are Retail, Healthcare and Transportation.
What you will be doing
The responsibility includes implementing the overall ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems brand and marketing strategy, into the business area Pedestrian Door Solutions (PDS). You will cooperate with local Marketing Managers in around 20 countries, supporting local sales teams with sales and marketing tools. You will drive global and local product launches with attractive sales presentations and case studies for end-users, architects and contractors.

You must be ready to travel internationally some of your time. You will report to the President PDS, ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems and the location is at the head office in Landskrona, Sweden.
The role is responsible for one (1) direct report.
About you
We think you have a University Degree in Marketing and communication and a minimum 5 years of experience from operational marketing and communication roles, preferably from an international environment. Experience in project management and sales is rewarding.
You have a strong and easy-going personality with initiative, commitment, natural engagement and drive. You have a good strategic thinking and a business understanding. You get inspiration from working in a fast pace, changing environment and you have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing. You are decisive but yet humble and are a team player at heart.
