Lactalis Scandinavia is a group with four legal entities (DK, SE, NO, FI). The turnover is 750 MSEK and the company employs approximately 65 employees. Most of them in Denmark where the head office and the biggest turnover is made. A warehouse for the imported product is located close to the office, 50 Km north of Copenhagen.

Castelli AB is subsidiaries of an Italian group recently acquired by Lactalis. The Turnover is about 300 Msek. The company is selling in the whole Nordic, Italian specialties like Parmigiano, Grana Padano and Mozzarella. The HQ is based in Stockholm.

Skånemejerier is based in Malmö and is Sweden’s second largest dairy company, with an annual turnover exceeding 4 billion SEK. The business consists primarily of production and sales of dairy products and fruit drinks. The brands are Skånemejerier, Bravo, Allerum, Hjordnära, Åsens and Lindahls. Skånemejerier has four production sites and approximately 700 employees. Since 2012 Skånemejerier is part of Group Lactalis.

Customer Service Manager

The Customer Service Manager main task is to ensure customer service level and customer satisfaction. Back-office Sales department is also part of the area of responsibility.

Your team will consist of 13 qualified employees. You will be based at our headquarters in Malmö and you will report to the Supply Chain Director.

Key Duties and Responsibilities/Missions

  • Part of the Supply Chain leadership team.
  • Responsible for budget and result.
  • Lead the development of the teams in terms of new sustainable concepts, ideas and methods to improve ability and cost structures.
  • Define and analyze KPls to ensure progress/corrective actions in terms of team development, order handling process and customer service level.
  • Develop processes, routines, tools and way of working to improve customer service level and customer satisfaction.
  • Tactical responsibility towards customer regarding customer service level (on time in full).
  • Representing Supply Chain in the processes regarding claims/recalls.
  • Play an active part and have close communication with Key Account teams.
  • Project manager/sponsor on projects affiliated to the Logistical process.
  • Acts as change agent to the business through process design and support change and transformation.
  • Etc.

Profile we are looking for

To succeed in this role, we believe that you have previous experience working in a similar role and with similar challenges. Additionally, we also believe that you have:

  • University education in the Supply Chain field or other education and experience that we consider equivalent.
  • Qualified multi-year experience of similar assignments within FMCG companies.
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Mid to senior level in Excel
  • Knowledge in ERP (M3 or similar systems)
  • Fluent oral and written skills in Swedish and English

In addition to the above, we are looking for a proactive and hands-on person with excellent leadership and communications skills. As a person you need to have a down to earth approach and a positive and constructive attitude.
