Our partner business is a crucial cornerstone in our market coverage model and as such a significant part to the E&FT divisions strategy. In order to strengthen our focus we are therefore recruiting a director responsible for developing our partner business.
In this role you are responsible to drive profitable growth of standard products and spare parts in close collaboration with the local partner development teams in sales region EMEA (Europe, Middle East & Africa).
Our conviction is that the success in growing via partners is to ensure that Nedermans offering, and products is top of mind at partners and end users and that this is achieved by a combination a clear way to market strategy, effective product marketing, long term partner relations, continuous training , clear partner governance and by being easy to do business with.
As partner business development director, you are responsible for:
The position is preferably based in our head office in Helsingborg, but placement in locations where Nederman has offices can be considered for the right candidates.
The partner business development director reports to the Vice President of Sales region EMEA.
What we value for this role
We are looking for a candidate with an engineering degree and a strong commercial drive. We believe that you have at least ten years of experience of successful indirect channel sales and business development.
You are used to operate in matrix organisations and have a natural flair for inspiring and challenging your peers in an positive way. You have experience of launching new products and/or sales concepts/tools in industrial environments and you are convinced of the possibilities that digital marketing and sales offers as a complement to conventional sales processes.
