B2B AREA SALES MANAGER – FAR EAST ASIA
We are looking for a team player who embraces a new challenge, loves travelling and working at a high pace. You have an international background and are fluent in Chinese and English, eight plus years’ experience working in complex B2B project sales, preferably within the food processing industry.
About the position
You will be responsible for our markets in Far East Asia and travel about 70 days/year with focus on China, S Korea, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore. Your base will be in Sweden, and you report directly to our Sales & Marketing Director. The first 3-6 months will be dedicated to training at our headquarters in Malmö and office in the Netherlands.

As a person you are organized and service oriented. Good communicator and relation builder as our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting relationship with industry leaders and customers. You have an outgoing personality and recognize the importance of personal branding and building a strong network.
The role comes with a high level of autonomy, expectations of understanding our customers, the market, our products, intercultural communication, and business.
You are challenge-driven, love to take responsibility and able to successfully operate in a highly competitive international market.
You have a degree in business administration or engineering, ideally but not necessarily specialized in food processing.
In short
· Eight plus years of complex b2b project sales experience.
· Extensive living and business experience in Asia.
· Fluent in Chinese and English (Japanese is a plus)
· You have proven sales skills and love to develop new and existing customers.
· You are a great communicator, orally and in writing
· You have a well-developed technical understanding
· A degree in business or engineering
