Can you bring an insightful eye to our HR data? Are you not only analytical but also have a great passion for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion? Join our team and enjoy a collaborative culture that empowers you!

This role is a part of ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems division.

HR Analytics Manager

The HR Analytics Manager will be responsible for collecting and analyzing available HR data and supporting management with reports on the status of key HR metrics, highlighting challenges and progress in different HR areas.

The role will work closely with HR leaders to offer actionable analyses for managers and executives. This role will also be responsible for improving processes and data quality within our primary HR system, SAP SuccessFactors.

Role Responsibilities

We are looking for a person who can both work hands-on with HR data and develop our overall HR Key Performance Indicator tactics. The insights you provide will help us succeed with our people, culture and leadership agenda.

You will also partner with our central HR Leadership Team and divisional HR process owners for e.g. Learning & Development or Compensation & Benefits, to track the progress and monitor the delivery of our strategic HR priorities.

In the role you would also:

  • Be responsible for consolidating and presenting periodic (monthly, quarterly, annual) HR reports, as well as more ad-hoc HR dashboards for board meetings.
  • Be a part of a global network of HR analysts across the ASSA ABLOY Group, working together to improve our HR reporting framework and data quality.
  • Work closely with our HR Information System Manager and administrators to assist our HR colleagues globally with relevant training and solving user issues.
  • Communicate and coordinate with our local HR Managers across the world to ensure timely and accurate HR data reporting on their side.
  • Analyze our divisional HR data and processes, and make recommendations to optimize how we work with our HR systems and HR data.
  • The HR Analytics Manager will be a part of the divisional HR Team and will report directly to the HR Vice President in ASSA ABLOY Entrance Systems.

Your Profile

We are looking for a person with strong analytical and trouble-shooting skills. You need to be service-oriented and client-focused, with excellent communication skills. We imagine you as a collaborator, who easily connects with stakeholders across different functions and levels. You also thrive working in a complex, fast-paced, and decentralized environment.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a good understanding of the corporate HR function and structure
  • Is highly detail-oriented, analytical and has a flair for conceptual thinking
  • Is data- and IT-savvy, and works comfortably with reports in MS Excel
  • Visualizes and presents HR data and reports in a compelling way
  • Can simplify the complex and communicate ideas in accessible ways
  • Is fluent in written and spoken English, with good influencing skills

Ideally, you would also have experience working in a multinational company with colleagues in many different countries, in a matrix organizational structure. A background in HR consulting would be an advantage, as is a degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, Business Administration or similar.

We offer

You will be based in Landskrona, Sweden, just about five minutes’ walk from the train station. About 300 people from different functions and organizations within ASSA ABLOY are based here, making the office a vibrant and friendly place. You also have a possibility to sit at the office in Malmoe.
