Are you passionate about people, HR and organization in growth? BMI is now looking for an HR Director for Sweden to be part of an exciting journey at BMI. This role will be instrumental in achieving the strategic objectives by ensuring the right leadership and talent development as well as building the needed core capabilities. You will manage an HR team with 4 fantastic HR-colleagues. The role is a part of the Swedish management team. We are looking for a person who has broad experience within the human resource area, excellent leadership skills and an exceptional drive and passion to make a difference within HR. Further responsibilities are to:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

• Drive hands-on and strategic level impact to cultivate a strong common BMI culture and talent management.

• Further develop and managing key HR processes and tools for Sweden

• Develop and lead the transformation to a more digital HR

• Be responsible for developing a business and performance-oriented culture and organization

• Be responsible for the implementation of harmonized HR processes

• Co-operate with union relations and secure compliance to Swedish labour law in all people processes

To succeed in the role we believe that you have:

• A relevant university degree within HR, Law, Administration and/or Economics

• Approximately 10 years’ experience from a broad HR, defining and implementing HRprocesses

• Experience from international business environment, preferably from a manufacturing company/business

• Proven experience of leading transformational changes

• Experience of managing teams

• Successful track record from leading, engaging, and developing an own HR team

• Experience of managing a good co-operation with trade union

• Excellent language skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
