J2 Sourcing is on a growth- and digitalization journey and is looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial Chief People & Culture Officer that will have a very important role for the development of the company. The Chief People & Culture Officer and its team will have an overall responsibility for driving the common HR agenda and prioritized HR development projects. This could be the perfect opportunity to grow and lead HR at a very exciting company. This position will report to and work very close to the CEO of J2 Sourcing and will be part of the management team. The position is based at J2 Sourcing HQ in Malmö. 


·      Establish and develop the foundation for the HR function, including evaluating and improving processes, tools, and methodologies

  • Support & lead broader HR initiatives, including coworker and leadership development, employer branding, onboarding/offboarding, performance management and diversity & inclusion
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategy, managing the employee survey process utilizing the results to create action plans
  • Develop talent management, succession planning and leadership development processes to next level, using relevant, digital tools
  • Lead and direct People & Culture related activities and initiatives to ensure that the organization’s current and future People & Culture requirements are met and that employees are recruited, managed, organized, trained, evaluated, and rewarded in accordance with our strategy
  • Developing HR policies and procedures to drive performance and mitigate disputes
  • Continue to develop the positive J2 Sourcing working environment
  • Be the in-house expert on Swedish Labour Law, providing hands-on advice to managers at J2
  • Together with the management team be responsible for working environment and company culture
  • Be responsible for the quality process and environment/sustainability process including current and future certificates.
  • Be a strong contributor in the management team to lead and develop the company, its structure, and its processes.


We believe you are a person that enjoys working together with others in a fast paced and fast-growing company. You have an entrepreneurial attitude and like to roll-up-your-sleeves and get to work. You have many years of experience from driving an HR organization and leading work and team within HR. You are curious and a genuine team player and you are comfortable working in a fast moving and ever-changing environment. You have good knowledge and experience in Swedish HR Law. To drive change with a focus on what is creating value for the coworker is one of your strengths. Your language skills are excellent in Swedish and English, both orally and in written form and you have an academic degree in HR or equivalent.
