HR Business Partner

Verisure Innovation is seeking a talented, innovative & passionate HR Business Partner. You will be part of our amazing HR team located in Malmö, reporting directly to our HR Director for Sweden Group Functions. You will actively partner with our leaders, experience our innovative culture and truly understand our strategic impact across the business. Responsibilities will include: •   Working close to the technical organization, coaching our leaders across a wide range of complex HR- and other business related matters such as reorganizations, talent development and engagement.
•   Together with leaders strategically design and execute team/department/functional reorganizations including union negotiations, compensation, team communication and end to end support so that we have the best possible set up for delivering on our promise to the business.
•   Setting up, implement and driving HR-processes in an organization where HR is considered a core function, which is expected to expand its footprint across an increasing variety of tasks 
•   Run cross functional projects in collaboration with national and international teams such as compensation and benefits, engagement, , leadership and training initiatives, new capability development etc.
•   Taking an active part in different management teams for your organizations.
•   Connecting with the organization and act as a team-player with the rest of the HR teams 
•   Be a proactive strong partner with interest in establishing relationships and growing the internal awareness for the topics you are responsible of in a figure driven organization environment

Experiences and QualificationsWe see this role as critical for the achievement of Verisure’s growth and organizational transformation goals. As a result we are looking for a high potential /top performer who will combine strategic abilities with a hands-on way of working. Used to act as a sparring partner to leaders on all levels in transformations supporting with HR related questions as well as in more complex strategic projects.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic solution provider as well as operational enabler.

Requirements:

·      5-10 years of broad experience within HR, defining and implementing HR-processes

·      At least 4 years of experience as HRBP or HR Manager working close to the Business Managers

·      Experience working in an international environment and in IT technology industry

·      Experience in giving strategic HR support with day to day HR operations, coaching business leaders and taking active part in HR projects

·      Excellent communication and presentation skills

·      Excellent analytical skills, understand the KPIs and has an interest to work in a number driven organization

·      English mandatory and Swedish preferred

·      Bachelor’s degree in relevant area, preferably in HR or Economics/Business Administration
