SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

As Supply Chain Manager, you will be playing a key role in the factory management team, implementing strategic direction aligned to improving overall efficiency.

In short – tasks will be to manage all site Supply Chain processes and the role is responsible for Sourcing, Production & capacity planning, Inventory and Logistics. Supply Chain success will be measured by the ongoing improvement of delivery, ongoing cost reduction, and ability to implement scalability to our long-term supply chain strategy.

You will be reporting directly to the Site Manager. You will be responsible of a team of about 20 persons, with 3 direct reports.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a person with a sharp mind that understands Supply Chain efficiency and is an experienced leader.

We think you have:

·       Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, business, engineering discipline, or technical degree with appropriate experience equivalent

·       5+ years’ management experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment

·       Experience in materials planning, production control, purchasing, forecasting and/or master scheduling

·       Since English is our corporate language and you will work in an international environment we expect you to have a high professional knowledge in English.

·       An engaged attitude and a value based way of working
