KB Components is looking for an experienced and strategic HR Director to take a key leadership role in the Group Executive Management Team, responsible for driving and developing the company’s global HR agenda and processes. You will work closely with the CEO and management team on matters related to organization, leadership, talent management, and company culture.

In addition to the group-wide responsibilities, the role also includes acting as HR Manager for the Swedish operations, combining both strategic initiatives and hands-on HR work. You will have direct responsibility for HR in Sweden, with one HR Generalist reporting directly to you, and an additional payroll resource to be recruited. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with nine HR Managers across our subsidiaries, who have a dotted-line reporting relationship to you.

This position is based at KB Components HQ in Örkelljunga, Sweden.

Key Responsibilities

As HR Director, you will:

  • Lead, develop, and strengthen KB Components’ global HR organization.
  • Act as an ambassador for company culture and drive leadership development across the group.
  • Design strategies, action plans, and set HR goals aligned with business objectives.
  • Follow up on HR performance, KPIs, and support HR managers across subsidiaries.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of HR processes and strategies.
  • Secure compliance with HR aspects of ISO and IATF standards.
  • Support Regional Directors and General Managers as a trusted HR partner.

 

As HR Manager Sweden, you will:

  • Provide hands-on HR support to managers in all HR-related matters.
  • Drive leadership and management development.
  • Manage recruitments and employer branding activities
  • Handle labor law issues, union negotiations, and collective bargaining.
  • Oversee training plans, work environment, rehabilitation and relocation processes.
  • Act as primary contact towards authorities such as the Social Insurance Agency and the Employment Agency.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role within an international organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR strategy, labor law, union negotiations, and HR standards (ISO/IATF).
  • Skilled in both strategic and operational HR.
  • Experience in driving cultural and organizational change in growth companies or complex organizations.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
