Lindab Group is looking for a Group Financial Controller to join our strong and highly skilled Group Finance team. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic, listed company on an exciting growth journey—driven both organically and through acquisitions. With a high pace of change and ambition, you will play an important role in shaping and developing the financial backbone of the Group.
As Group Financial Controller, you will work broadly with group reporting and accounting matters, acting as a key business partner to finance teams across our subsidiaries, local and regional controllers. You ensure that our financial reporting is accurate, complete, and fully compliant with relevant rules and regulations.
A central part of the role is to support and develop Lindab’s Group consolidation process, strengthen governance and internal controls, and help create more efficient, standardized, and digitalized ways of working across the organization. With Lindab’s continued acquisition strategy, you will be highly involved in onboarding new companies and aligning them with Group financial requirements.
You will report to the Group Financial Manager. The position is based either at Lindab’s office in Malmö (preferrable) or at our Head office in Grevie. If you are based in Grevie, you still need to visit Malmö on a regular basis.

Your profile
To thrive and succeed in this role, you have solid experience in group accounting and a strong understanding of consolidation principles and systems. Experience from working in large, listed, or acquisition-intensive environments is a clear advantage.
