About the position
As the CFO of the KB Components group, you will hold a broad and strategic role with responsibility for leading and developing the company’s Finance and IT departments. You will drive improvements and ensure that financial and IT objectives are met. As the CFO you will be responsible for the group’s reporting and accounting.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that financial policies are followed in the group via internal controls and that the company comply with all regulatory requirements as a listed company
With nine subsidiaries and over 2 500 employees, this role requires you to seamlessly navigate between different companies. You must be able to shift between operational tasks and diving into details, as well as maintaining a strategic, high-level perspective.
As CFO, you currently have 9 Financial Managers across the globe who report to you in a dotted line as well as one Business Controller and two direct reports within Finance in Sweden and one IT Manager for Sweden. You will work closely with all Financial Managers, and act as their coach and mentor when needed. You will be responsible to ensure that you have an inspiring and dynamic team spirit within your departments as well as keeping your Team members motivated and eager to develop.
Your work will also include Transfer pricing, IR responsible, preparing board meetings, etc. The CFO will most likely also be part of the CSRD-reporting. The CFO is also the contact person for auditors and external authorities and other stakeholders. The CFO role is part of the company’s global executive team and reports directly to the CEO of KB Components group. The position also involves travel to our subsidiaries. KB Components prefers employees to be on-site during the workweek.
