\n Karin Hultenheim <\/h3>\n

\n Founder & Senior Consultant <\/p>\n

\n Karin has been working with Executive Search since 2010 and over the years, she has successfully conducted and filled numerous interesting and exciting leadership positions for companies in various industries, primarily in southern Sweden. Karin has a previous background in the IT industry, including her role as a global account manager at IBM, where she led sales teams. She is highly experienced in working in an international environment and serving international clients.\r\n

\r\n\r\nKarin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Economics from V\u00e4xj\u00f6 University and has undergone training in Business Management at the London Business School and INSEAD. She possesses extensive experience in assessments and personality analyses and is certified in personality tests such as OPQ, MPA, and Hogan’s, as well as skill tests like Verify and ACE.\r\n

\r\nIn addition to her professional life she is very active with her family and friends. \n Louise (Falck) Edeheim <\/h3>\n

\n Founder & Senior Consultant <\/p>\n

\n Louise has many years of experience working with Executive Search and recruiting senior positions in various industries and areas of expertise, with an extra focus on manufacturing, industrial and trading companies. Louise has long experience in advising and coaching senior leaders and executives on leadership development. Many clients are large groups, acting on international market. Before Louise became a consultant, she worked, among other things, as Marketing Manager within IT and Tech industry.\r\n

\r\nA big part of Louise’s everyday life is extending her network. Some examples of participation are as Chairman of Sweden’s HR association Syd, as a Board member of the Rotary Foundation, Malm\u00f6 etc.\r\n

\r\nLouise has a double bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Business Administration from Lund and Stockholm University. She is also a certified Coach ICF (Polhage & Lundberg). She has long experience in assessments and personality analyses and is certified in tests suits such as Talent Q, Hudson, Master etc.\r\n
